Platinum Recruitment are excited to present the opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join the BAS team at a leading CA practice in Dunedin. 

You will be joining a very high performing team in a key position focused on looking after a number of their leading clients. My client is very proud of their reputation in the market and are excited to look at bringing on board a candidate with Senior experience.
  
Some key responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing work flow and completing jobs within budget.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
• Assisting and advising clients on accounting software related queries.
• Tax & compliance advice / services
• Financial planning
• Relationship management
• Working with key stakeholders (internal & external)
• Analysis of KPI's within the business divisions
• Reporting & Analysis 
• Mentoring & development of junior staff
• Develop & enhance accounting controls for your clients

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a relevant degree and be fully CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a New Zealand CA firm
• Have highly developed skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse clients, across a variety of industries
• Be keen to make your mark and build a long term career
