- To administer all office functions for a small electrical company
- Advanced MYOB skills
- Includes all Data entry and Payroll
This position is to cover while one of our staff is on Maternity Leave - Oct 2018 to Oct 2019.
Up to 8 weeks of training will be provided to the right candidate.This would be on top of the 52 weeks maternity leave cover.
You will be solely responsible for all office duties and accounts functions for this company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing
- Job data entry
- Banking
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Payroll (MYOB)
The ideal applicant must have:
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure
- Advanced computer knowledge
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in MYOB
- Ideally worked in a similar role/environment
- Flexibility around availability
Hours will be discussed once the right applicant is found.
