Gusto at The Grand by Sean Connolly is a produce-driven Italian restaurant serving dishes that are rustic and true to Italian values. It showcases classic flavours and fresh seasonal ingredients, designed to be shared amongst friends.

The fun and hard working team now have an opportunity for a polished, customer-focused and professional Duty Manager to be part of the ongoing success of Gusto at The Grand. In this senior position you'll work closely with our Restaurant Manager Philip Stack and will be responsible for the supervision and training of new staff; developing and motivating the Front of House team and assist with the outlets profitability.

Ideally you'll have a 2-3 years Food and Beverage experience working as a supervisor or manager within a quality, fast paced a la carte restaurant. Strong verbal and written communication is essential. Previous exposure to Italian cuisine would be advantageous.  This is a large operation with lots of potential for the right person to grow and develop.
