About the role
The role can be fast paced & demanding and we require our front of house staff to consistently engage to a high standard with our guests from booking to check out and everything in between.
If your smile lights up a room and you have the right combination of pizazz, a sense of humour, empathy & enthusiasm, then we think you will fit in nicely.
We are a dynamic team, we all help with housekeeping duties to ensure our product is in tip top shape. No one day is quite the same. You will be hiring bikes, selling a skydive, checking a family of 6 into a unit, driving our courtesy car to town for drop offs, assisting with bed making, managing the laundry & ultimately ensuring the guests needs are met.

Skills and experience
If you have an interest (and hopefully the experience) in the accommodation sector and customer services, with the personality outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
Experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
These positions are permanent and full-time. To be successful you must be a NZ resident, ideally a Wanaka local or have a valid long term visa.
