The role
We are looking for a barista and beverage specialist to join our busy, vibrant and creative cafe team to deliver amazing coffees and ensure the cafe runs seamlessly.
This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week, which may include working a weekend day.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and creative and have at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a barista and be passionate about organic food, healthy lifestyles and be environmentally conscious.
Duties and responsibility
- Barista
- Making our special smoothies and juices
- Preparing smoothie bowls with care and creativity
- Helping serve customers in the cafe
- Providing high quality customer service
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working collaborating with team members to obtain results
- Ability to spot areas for improvement and presenting new and exciting ideas for growth
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
