About the role
You will need to be a naturally friendly person, able to quickly develop empathy with our guests, be reliable and can work under pressure at times, within a fun and friendly multi-cultural team.

Skills and experience
You must have proven experience of:
- Being very comfortable in a customer service environment.
- Good computer skills.
- This position does require shift work including weekends and public holiday.
- Undertake the explanation of and sales of excursions and activities.
- Have very good English skills. Other Language proficiency's will be highly regarded.
- Shortlisted applicants must be able to attend an interview in Queenstown, as and when required.
- Applicants will need to have NZ citizenship, residency and or a valid NZ work permit for a minimum of twelve months.
