We are looking for a full time Night Auditor and new family member to join our team. As our night auditor you will be responsible for a three storey hostel and the safety of our guests overnight whilst still providing excellent customer service and a fun vibe. 

You will be the first and only point of contact for the business during the night so you must be experienced in customer service and be comfortable working by yourself. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Some of your duties will include :

• Responsible for checking in-house accounts with a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate all relevant information to the General Manager in a professional manner
• Prepare and the hostel and reception area for the following day.
• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Responsible for security & some house keeping duties overnight in the hostel.
• Lodge any maintenance issues
• Handle guest complaints immediately with confidence and courtesy.
• Handle guests from our on-site bar professionally 
• Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently
• Handle any reasonable additional tasks as designated by the General Manager

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Flexibility over the 4 - 5 nights you will be working weekly 
• A fun and outgoing personality that is not afraid to have fun with guests
• A passion for great customer service 
• A desire to succeed and self motivation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience not essential however a basic understanding of IT is preferred
