The position will be based on approximately 40 hours per week, made up of 2-3 management shifts and 2-3 floor / bar shifts, weekend and night work will be required. The successful applicant will ensure that the high level of service at the venue is maintained and bring a strong level of hospitality professionalism to the role.
The star we are looking for will have the following skills and attributes:
- Will insist on a high standard from their staff, and will have no trouble training staff to be the best.
- Experience leading a team from the front
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Duty Manager / Maître d' or similar position
- Be flexible in duties with an enthusiasm and energy for all aspects of hospitality
- Passionate about delivering "only the best" in customer service
- Well organised and good with systems
- Experienced in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills including a fluent command of the English language
- Have an immaculate personal presentation
- Current GM Certificate
