In consultation with Nic Watt, world renowned chef, MASU is a nod to Japanese tradition with a contemporary twist. Located on Federal Street, this sophisticated Japanese eatery with an urban bar feel is an integral part of SKYCITY's award winning restaurant scene.
To continue its ongoing success, the team at MASU are looking for an experienced Bartender with at least 2 years proven bartending experience in an a la carte fine dining environment.
Working as part of a great team of passionate like minded bartenders, you'll have excellent communication skills and be customer orientated. Our Bartenders at MASU are responsible for producing a range of sophisticated cocktails so you'll have extensive beverage knowledge and will have the skill and flair to make classic cocktails with your eyes closed. Knowledge of Japanese food and beverages would be the perfect final touch and would really help you thrive in this role.
