Internationally award-winning spa located in the beautiful Hawkes Bay. Are you a passionate Spa Manager looking for your next step with a world class venue? Do you have the passion to lead a team to deliver the highest standards of service and give the ultimate experience.
The Senior Spa Therapist/Spa Manager will:
-Manage the operations of this prestigious Spa
-Positively assist in giving all visitors to the Venue an excellent and memorable visitor experience.
-Carry out all functions and duties associated with the spa and therapy operation of the Spa.
The successful applicant will possess the following competencies:
-National Certificate (Level 3 or 4) in Beauty Services or equivalent
-National Certificate (Level 4 or 5) in Massage Therapy/ Rehabilitation Services or equivalent
-National Certificate in Management (Level 5+)
-Health Studies would be desirable but not essential
-Excellent Computer skills
-Excellent Organisation skills
- Current full drivers license
The following skills/characteristics:
-Excellent communication skills, customer skills, motivational and leadership skills
-Knowledge of employment agreements
-Ability to give instructions
-Good communication skills, verbal and written
-Committed to team, establishment and excellence
-Positive attitude
The following experience:
-A minimum experience of three years and background in spa/massage/beauty/holistic or physio and rehabilitation fields
-A minimum of two year's in a supervisory role
