Gibbston Valley Winery in Queenstown is looking for a restaurant manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to manage our busy winery restaurant.
The Ideal applicant will have excellent food & beverage and wine knowledge, function experience, high level communication skills, and the ability to recruit and train staff. You'll be experienced working in a busy environment and enjoy a hands on approach.
The position is long term/permanent and is on a roster that will vary from week to week. You must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
All applicants must be NZ residents and hold a current Duty Managers Certificate. Own transport required.
