Duties & Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Having a good knowledge of food and beverage
- The ability to lead and train a large team of wait staff
- Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences
- Cost control - Stock management
- Maximise revenue to aid in reaching targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Rosters and payroll
Skills & Experience
Your skills and experience will include:
- The confidence to show us your exceptional abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Energy, a guest focus and the ability to think outside of the square
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Flexibility in available hours, covering late nights and early mornings
A current and valid New Zealand Work permit/visa, residency or citizenship
