Head Chef - $25 - $27 per hour + benefits
This established venue is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to take the next step. Working alongside the owner (who is a chef) we are looking for a "Hands On" leader in the kitchen. Comes with really supportive owners to help you settle in. If you know what your doing, highly organised and ready to work with some proven systems and procedures....you will have a pretty good work / life balance.

Banquets Sous Chef - $52,000 - $55,000 p/a
Can you handle big numbers? With an expansion underway and conferencing about to be a big part of the business, we need a chef thats highly organised and can do the big numbers but also handle a la carte. Coming from a large hotel, catering or conference centre. you will know how to lead, delegate and deliver on the day. 

Junior Sous Chef $50,000 - $53,000
With a new new menu cranking, we are raising the bar and want to deliver the ultimate experience for our loyal customers. Staying one step ahead of the pack, we need a qualified Chef de Partie, ready to take the next step in their career and to assist the kitchen brigade to deliver some seriously wicked culinary creations.  The ideal chef will have previous experience in a busy kitchen where quality is never compromised, the ability to work in an intimate team and multi-task with speed and accuracy will come naturally. You will have a great passion for food and a desire to learn and develop your culinary skills. Ideally you have 2-3 years under your belt as CDP in a busy kitchen with fantastic references.

Snr Chef de Partie - Live in contract August - June $22 p/h free Accomm
If you are looking for a position that will enhance your career offshore, then this is for you. We are looking for a CDP thats been exposed to high end dining / luxury lodges. You will get to work a mixture of AM / PM shifts, including winemakers dinners, weddings and private dining. You get your own room, including power + a great hourly rate. Those looking to save some money or on a working holiday visa should apply for this vacancy. 

Chef de Partie - $20-$22 p/h
To be considered for this position, you will need to be well presented and a self starter. Have a proven stable work history and be motivated and creative. You'll bring innovation and flair to the kitchen and provide ongoing support to the Head Chef. Business is booming and with out catering starting to pick up, you will get a chance to work off site at events! Must be competent on all sections and be prepared to work mixture of AM and PM shifts. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
