Catering Assistant Vacancy

A strong background in food preparation. Duties include cash handling, food prep, general kitchen-hand, kitchen cleaning duties as well as customer service. Experience in similar roles would be an advantage.

Our ideal candidate will be:

Available to work from 6.00am – 2:30pm Every Monday and every Friday (work every 4th Sunday and when required)
A cheerful, friendly team-player
Have a good work ethic and a can-do attitude
Possess the ability to stay focussed under pressure
A passion for quality food and customer service
Have a proven track record of being reliable, honest and an understanding of OH&S and food safety practices
A current food handlers certificate an advantage but not essential
Be over 18 years of age & have a Car Driver’s Licence
As a pre-requisite for this role candidate will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
