We are a 70 seat restaurant and bar. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days, serving modern European cuisine.

Skills and experience
Applicants must have a minimum of four years' experience in high-volume, upmarket, bistro-style kitchens, with demonstrable leadership, communication, and culinary skills.
Applicants for the position of chef de partie must have a minimum of two years' experience, and be passionate, eager to learn, and well-organized.
These are full-time positions. Applicants who cannot commit to full-time hours, or who do not hold valid residence- or work-class visas, will not be considered.
