Kyle Street & Jordan MacDonald, currently owners of Culprit - Metro top 50 / Cuisine top 100, have opened a new eatery in Queen’s Rise: Lowbrow
Lowbrow is Culprit's little brother, they're bringing their passion for fresh & seasonal cooking to contemporary fast casual food and pairing it with natural wine, killer cocktails, craft beer & java from 7am till late 7 days a week.
Lowbrow is a low key central city eatery built for everyone, a place you can drop in anytime of the day for a quick bite or a relaxed meal.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated person, passionate about the industry with a great personality and proven experience leading a small team. You will report directly to the owners and have sole charge of the kitchen, this role suits someone who is looking to be mentored and grow into a head chef role.
You will need:
-Experience! 5 years in a fast paced environment is preferred with atleast 2 of those in a management role
-Your own means of transport to and from the city
-Great communication skills, communication is the key to success in our tight environment
