This is a chance to take the next step in your career in a medium sized restaurant with a solid customer base and a small but dedicated kitchen and front of house team.
This is very much a hands on role where the successful applicant will be required to produce quality dishes with an emphasis on not only flavour but consistency.
The key to this will be training and leading your support staff, good ordering practices, stock control, strict adherence to current Food and Safety practices and a passion about keeping the kitchen and equipment scrupulously clean.
Previous experience in rostering, managing food and staff costs are an advantage.
We are located on the fringe of the CBD in sunny Nelson in a small but vibrant restaurant precinct. We are very experienced operators with a proven history of success.
