About the Business 

            Ristorante Pizzeria Paradiso is a very busy restaurant situated on edge of a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains.  We strive to produce the highest quality food using the best ingredients that we can source. Our restaurant is busy with the Pizza section and the main kitchen operating in separate zone yet providing a complementary service for diners.

About the role’s

            We are looking for two people with passion and a minimum of three years experience in a busy kitchen environment. They must both carry the inner drive to produce   

Our first role is Head Chef, taking overall responsibility for the main kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a kitchen or section (including understanding of budget restraints and ordering), be confident in designing menus in consultation with management and have a good grasp of health and hygiene requirements.   

 Our second role is Senior Pizza Chef who will need to be able to work well under pressure and lead by example and train other in all elements of the artisan wood fired pizza from dough preparation, wood oven management through to service. They will also be responsible for menu development, stock control, hygiene and rostering for this section.

All candidates will need to have excellent knife skills, be well organised and be proficient in working a busy ala carte menu with fresh pasta, and grill components.   You must have the skills to train and manage and inspire your chefs. You need to be a team player and have a drive to produce the best food you can.
