Administration & Accounts Assistant / Officer
Delaware North is growing and bringing our hospitality operations to Auckland Airport. We are looking for experienced Accounts / Finance Administration personnel to assist our Site Accountant with all of the day to day accounts and administration responsiblities.
Based at Auckland Airport, and reporting to the Site Accountant you will support our operations team to ensure they have the tools necessary to deliver on our financial plan. Prior experience as a Accounts Receivables / Payable Officer or generalist financial assistant desirable but not essential.
Duties will include:
- Verification of weekly cash and sales
- Daily banking of cash drops
- Invoicing customers
- Administrative support to the site
- Administrative accountability for the site's systems associated with purchasing and supply
- Some Data entry of weekly payroll information may be necessary
Successful applicants will have demonstrated skills in the following areas:
- High level of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Positive, can do attitude and behaviour
- Experience working in an establishment of this nature and thrive in a fast paced environment will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
