About the role
This will be a hands-on role within the busy environment of the kitchen and will require a chef that can handle the pressure of a busy service without compromising on quality. You will need to be passionate about food and have the creative flair to help us constantly develop and improve our menu and maintain our exceptionally high standards and quality reputation.
Responsibilities will include:
· strong food presentation
· stock control and ordering
· managing food & wage costs
· compliance of food control plan (FCP)
· recruitment and rostering of all kitchen staff
· equipment maintenance
· ensure strong relationship with management
