About the Company

They have a focus on hosting the most memorable corporate & private functions; this includes anything from a Corporate Workshop or Product Launch to Birthday Celebrations & Soiree's. The Role

  • reporting & managing Profit & Loss Balance sheets
  • controlling stock, food & labour costs
  • marketing strategies to increase profitability of the venue
  • streamline current service, systems & processes in line with company practices
  • hands on role requiring leadership from the front
  • responsible for the efficient running of the venue & the coordination of activities & events
  • training staff to reach their full potential

About you

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role & environment
  • polished in sequence of service & beverage knowledge
  • strong business acumen & understanding of P & L Sheets
  • adaptable to the ever changing needs of the client
  • innovative, forward thinker who enjoys leading from the front
  • high personal grooming standards & good fitness essential
  • LCQ & General Managers Certificate advantageous
