The Pig & Whistle is a quintessential , traditional English Restaurant & Bar, situated in the heart of Queenstown.  We are looking for a high performing Operations Manager to encompass traditional English stye hospitality that surpasses all customer expectations. You will be responsible for creating systems, training and managing the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference within the Queenstown hospitality scene. 

The ideal person will have extensive front of house knowledge, with a minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a quality restaurant/bar environment, worked on auto service, trained staff and been involved with a start-up before. You must hold a current LCQ and General Manager licence.
