Our small office is expanding and we are looking to recruit an Inbound Reservation Consultant Extraordinaire. This person will have to be a fast learner -
You will be responsible for:
-
Daily processing of FIT bookings, amendment, cancellation
-
Quoting itineraries
-
Addressing customer service issues when/if they arise
-
Manning the Emergency Phone
-
Invoicing
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Travel/Tourism experience in an Inbound -
-
Sound knowledge of New Zealand -
-
Total fluency in Spoken and Written French -
-
Good knowledge of Tour Plan
-
Excellent communication skill in English
-
Good computer skills particularly Excel and Word
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
An eye for details
-
A strong administration focus
