The role includes preparation of financial statements and tax compliance work as well as a range of broader client led tasks. You will need to have a reasonable level of previous, verifiable experience in a practice environment. Should you develop an interest in any of the additional services or project work the firm provides, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills down a specialist path if desired.

We have 2 offices in the South Waikato, in Putaruru and Tokoroa. Known for its strong forestry and agriculture sectors, the South Waikato is a region with a huge community spirit. 

There are a number of local attractions and well known walkways and river trails which highlight our beautiful location and scenery. We have a number of excellent Primary and High schools both locally and within bus distance which all rate highly with Education Review Office (ERO). As a central location there is access to a number of excellent private secondary schools via bus services in Cambridge, Rotorua and Taupo. There are also childcare centres locally that have excellent reputations together with Playcentre and Kindergarten as alternative early childhood education choices.

The area is well serviced, with gyms, parks and sports facilities. There are excellent healthcare services, and we have a number of great cafes and eateries in the area. Being close to Tauranga, Rotorua, Hamilton and Taupo also means there are plenty of opportunities for spending weekends at the beach, the lake, and the snow or in the City. The district provides extremely affordable housing opportunities - to buy or to build, and is a great location for an outdoor lifestyle.
