This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barista to join our busy cafe in the heart of Takapuna.

Melba Group is an established hospitality group, we love great coffee and our customers know and love great coffee.

This is a bustling cafe with high volume dine in and takeaway coffee. As a Melba Group barista you are responsible for delivering the ideal standard for all hot beverages, and thriving on the dynamic atmosphere as you do it. As well as serving high quality coffee, you are also responsible for monitoring the quality of our cold-pressed juices, real fruit smoothies and iced drinks.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- At least 1 full year of barista experience

- The ability to maintain speed while serving a high standard of beverages

- The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

- Love customer service and thrive on the bustling cafe atmosphere

We require a person with a great attitude and professional relations with staff and customers, who thrives on serving the best beverages in Auckland.
