We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista/Retail Assistant to work at our NZ Customs site in the Auckland CBD. This position is Full Time, rostered Monday to Friday, between the hours 7am – 3pm.
In this position you will be responsible for providing warm, friendly, and welcoming customer service and responding to all requests in a timely manner. You will be responsible for making and serving outstanding coffee, serving customers, delivering functions and assisting with general cleaning and other duties related to your role. You will be assisting with the basic food preparation and presentation as well.
If you’re our perfect candidate you will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a ‘can do’ attitude. Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167) or be happy to train for one. Barista experience is required. You will have superior customer service skills but most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
