We are seeking experienced Community Registered Nurse to join us in providing ongoing care in the private home of one of our clients. Being a motivated, experienced and dynamic registered nurse you will provide the necessary one on one support to allow our clients to continue on their journey of rehabilitation from serious injury's or illnesses. Nurses in this rewarding position assist our client to remain healthy at home. Requirements:
- Community registered nurse with a current practising certificate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with a caring nature and the ability to connect and interact within a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- The ability to plan and organise assignments effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment.
- Rostered and rotating, 30 hours per week, plus relief.
- A current drivers license - Travel allowance to and from clients residence provided.
- Previous experience with tracheostomy, peg care and traumatic brain injury or a willingness to learn
Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays is required
