Our client is looking for a loyal, experienced Clinical Nurse Manager who has excellent communication and people skills to manage this boutique retirement village.
Supporting the GM, you will have the opportunity to apply your resident centered approach to the provision of care and support for the residents. Your nursing background and advanced clinical knowledge, will support their clinical and care staff to achieve even greater heights for the facility.
You are a NZ registered nurse with clinical management experience preferably from residential aged care.

You will lead the clinical team to deliver safe, appropriate and individualised resident care, in an environment of continuous improvement

You will have excellent clinical assessment skills and experience, planning and over seeing the implementation of quality, person centred care.

You will have highly effective communication skills and exceptional leadership abilities.

You will have experience working with rest-home and hospital care residents; there are 42 residents and 45 serviced apartments with 25 more being built.

We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Lead to work closely with the General Manager.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a highly experienced Clinical Lead who can demonstrate how they place residents at the centre of everything they do
- Be passionate about customer service
- Have a track record of excellence in service delivery
- Promote individual choice and participation in resident care and daily activities
- Be passionate about technology, people management, quality and systems development
- Drive clinical excellence, building a team of resident-focused staff
- Oversee the set-up of documentation ready for opening audit
- Be responsible for ongoing clinical governance
- Provide support and mentoring to the clinical team
- Be a change champion, fostering an environment of teamwork and genuine customer care
- Be InteRai competent
You will be joining a passionate, high performing, non-hierarchical and resident-focused team of experienced practitioners, operating in a state-of-the-art environment.
Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm
