Are you the missing piece to our puzzle?
Our buzzing 6 GP practice in Green Bay is on the look out for a super star receptionist for 45 hours per fortnight plus additional shifts to cover leave as required.
Hours needed are M 8-4.30, Tu 12.30-6:30 and Th 9-5.
Medical receptionist experience is preferred however team fit is also very important to us. If you have the following skills that we feel are critical to the role we would love to hear from you.
- Effective time management
- Prioritising work flow
- Accounts receivable
- Data entry accuracy
- Exceptional face to face customer service
- Positive phone manner
- Flexibility to cover shifts as required
- Team player- sense of humour is a must!
