Our client is looking for a loyal experienced Nurse Manager who has excellent communication and people skills and a dynamic personality. This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and is supported by an experienced clinical and administration team. The key responsibilities are to lead a successful team, to maintain profitability and to ensure great holistic care is provided.

About this role:

This is a role for an experienced Nurse Manager or someone with extensive previous Management experience in aged care.

Someone who has a real passion for working in Aged Care and who has previous aged care experience

You will be responsible for overseeing the Clinical leadership, the Occupancy and risk Quality Management.

With the Financial Management you will ensure that this is within the specified budget to obtain profitability.

Skills needed:
- Will probably hold a relevant tertiary qualification such as nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy; and/or another qualification at the equivalent level
- A minimum of 3 years health and/or business management experience in aged care;
- Proven ability to successfully lead and manage teams in the healthcare sector;
- Recent aged care experience and or sector knowledge an advantage;
- Demonstrated professional ability in written and oral communication
- Excellent customer relationship and people management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret basic financial reports;
- Demonstrated IT literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Disciplined approach to managing performance against compliance standards
