Auckland Radiology Group has 18 branches serving the Greater Auckland region, and is a wholly NZ radiologist owned and operated company dedicated to excellence in radiology services. Our commitment to providing the highest levels of care to patients and referrers also extends to staff.
This role supports a small clinical team at our busy Queen Street branch and is responsible for the front line and administrative functions at the branch. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong focus on customer care, being the first point of contact in a busy reception environment
- High standards for accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to quickly master specialised and complex software
- Flexibility to work at other locations around Auckland from time to time
- A desire to build relationships and enjoy working as part of a small team
