My client is a well known and large scale company who has head offices located in Papakura. They have had a resignation within their team and need an Accounts Payable Officer to come in as soon as possible for at least one month. This is a high volume role of 100 invoices minimum a day.About the role:
- Data entry of supplier & subcontractor invoices
- Batching & coding of invoices
- Ensure purchase orders are match to invoices
- Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Resolving any mismatch issues
- Liaising with vendors
- Statement reconciliations
- 3+ years experience within AP
- Experience using an ERP system is preferred
- Intermediate user of MS Excel
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Team player and willingness to help others
- Proactive approach
