With a team of caregiving and nursing staff reporting to you, you will be overseeing care delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, is clinically safe, and that you and your team are providing loving and encouraging support to your residents.
Their families will know they're in safe hands with you at the helm.
There is also a Manager there, so you will work closely together, with you overseeing the clinical side and the manager responsible for the operational aspects of the site.
Because you have wonderful interpersonal skills, dedication to your job and your team, (bringing out the best in them, demanding excellence , motivating and inspiring them), as well as significant experience in the sector, you will be snapped up for this role.
You will need
- Previous experience managing a clinical team in residential aged care
- Current APC and NZ Nursing registration
- Knowledge of the Health & Disability Service Standard
- Great time management, organisational skills and people management
