Choices in Community Living is an alternative to residential services for people with significant disabilities. It offers more choice and control over where they live, who they live with and how they are supported.

Here at Geneva, we are looking for passionate Support Workers to join the team supporting our clients based in the Community. This is your chance to use your skills to make a difference every single day.

With your choice of areas including Central, West or South Auckland, this role is rewarding and varied and includes personal cares, supporting the client with their goals, getting out and about in the community, and household tasks. Encouraging independence and hearing the voices of our clients is a focus of our service, so you will be passionate about supporting clients to live their best lives.

This position is a casual roles and operates on a rostered basis across Monday to Sunday. The shift times vary between clients however are from 1 - 3 hours in length and are based around morning, lunchtime and afternoon/evening cares. We are looking for several people per client so between the team, we can cover the roster.

If you have previous experience in the healthcare sector maybe you're a student, somebody looking for additional income or you would simply like to work the hours that suit you, we would love to hear from you.
