Our client is looking for a multi-skilled individual who has a fine balance between clinical nursing experience and people leadership talent. This is a role for a senior Clinical Nurse Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the set-up of clinical service delivery, employing your own team and supporting them to create a homely, loving environment for their residents.
With an ethos of hospitality, choice and flexibility, this organisation understands the needs of vulnerable elderly residents and wants to bring high-end service to its equally high-end village.
The role:
- Reporting to & working with the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing great clinical practice in this new retirement village / serviced apartments complex.

The person:
- Highly experienced Clinical Lead/ Clinical Nurse Manager/ Head of Clinical Services
- Passionate about great care and individual choice
- Professional, warm, engaging, with amazing interpersonal skills, a flair for customer service & someone who is truly a team' player
Must have NZ Nursing registration, current Annual Practicing Certificate & be InterRai trained
