Have you got a passion for Mental Health and Addiction Nursing? Are you looking for an exciting and challenging career in the Mental Health Sector? Tumanako Inpatient Unit has the perfect position for you.
Tumanako is a 29 bed purpose built unit that cares for adults over the age of 18 who live in the Northland area. We have a multidisciplinary team who work closely together to create a supportive and recovery focussed environment for our Whaiora. We are also committed to quality improvement, staff wellbeing and working collaboratively across services.
Our Whaiora need nurses who are compassionate, have a positive outlook and who work in a culturally safe manner.
Applicants must have the following:
- Current NZ Practicing Certificate (comprehensive or psychiatric nurse).
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in Mental Health and Addiction Nursing.
- Current drivers licence.
- Ability to work rostered duties.
- Dedication to helping others.
