Your responsibilities will include:
- Executive administrative support of the Pfizer New Zealand Managing Director
- Business support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Lead & coordinate internal cultural engagement initiatives
- Day-to-day coordination of office activities
- Administrative support to marketing teams
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Diploma or degree in a marketing, business or associated field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including excel & PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and act decisively
- Strong organization and planning skills
