Our client requires a Clinical Manager who has the capacity to role model excellence clinically and in service delivery. To do so you need to bring with you a strong values base around respect, independence and responsiveness.
If you are seeking a role that allows you to utilise and develop your current clinical skills while also providing management experience as your nursing career moves forward then we need to talk.
So if you hold a current practising certificate as a Registered Nurse and:
- have a passion for and strong knowledge base around dementia
- are enthusiastic about providing leadership and support to clinical staff to ensure quality clinical practice
- want to get involved in staff education
- enjoy working with a comprehensive and rigorous quality management system
- are keen to develop your management skills as the 2IC
-enjoy building relationships with residents, their families and other stakeholders
-have an empathy and vision for elderly services with a strong values base
and appreciate the value of a discussion with an independent person but one who has previously worked in the sector
