About the Role
This role is for a Clinical Manager of a small facility that focuses on dementia level care. This is a full time position, 40hrs Monday to Friday with an on call element every 4th weekend only. Enhance the skills of your team through dealing with complex health needs. Use your excellent understanding of aged care facilities to contribute to the overall management of the care home.

Duties
• Lead and inspire your nursing team to meet the unique needs of residents.
• Enhance the skills and professional knowledge of your team through ongoing education and professional development.
• Be responsible for a wide range of areas within this care facility.
• Oversee the clinical care and governance on site

Skills & Experience
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Proven leadership and management skills required.
• Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse
• Ideally you will have experience in dementia and/or mental health
• A broad understanding of Aged Care
