About the opportunity
  
Due to our rapid growth we are looking for a Management Accountant to join our finance team. In this diverse role you will work closely with the Group Financial Controller, ensuring the day to day financial processes are optimised and running smoothly.
  
You will oversee the accounts receivable and monthly reporting functions, ensure the management team and the wider business are provided with high quality information to support data driven decision making and contribute towards future financial planning, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting.

About you

You will be an analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail who enjoys problem solving and finding better ways to do things. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will have you fit right in to this passionate and highly skilled team.

You will need:  

• minimum 3 years of management accounting experience within a professional services firm or a commercial role (a mixture of both is preferable);
• a relevant Accounting or a Finance Degree (CA qualification being highly preferable);
• proven experience with cloud-based accounting software solutions, such as Xero or NetSuite, as well as sound Excel skills;
• a process and systems-driven mind frame, with an appreciation for data’s influence on our business outcomes;
• excellent written and verbal communication and ability to quickly build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation;
• be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects, affect change and be excited to learn, grow and develop as the role evolves with changing business needs.
