Our client is a mid-size advisory firm that is experiencing exceptional growth.
This growth and internal team dynamics have created the opportunity for a career-minded senior accountant looking to step up into an Assistant Manger role to join the firm and reap the numerous benefits.
We are looking for a CA qualified professional with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a CA environment.
The key aspects of the role include but are not limited to:
- managing a portfolio of clients
- working on complex client assignments
- identifying and addressing a wide range of accounting, tax and general business issues impacting client businesses
- reviewing, mentoring and guiding more junior members of the team
- establishing and managing all aspects of business relationships with your clients
- managing workflow and ensuring targets, deadlines and budgets are met
- working closely with the management team in the firm and assisting the managers and the partners with important operational and strategic issues
The role requires the talents of a technically competent professional who has solid technical grounding in all aspects of financial and management reporting, tax compliance and business advisory.
Current (or recent) experience in a CA environment is essential. You may have had a stint in the wider commercial sector for a year or so and are keen to get back in to CA.
