Unichem Pharmacy for You
This is an exciting opportunity based in our Unichem Plimmer Steps Pharmacy at Wellington Central Lambton Quay.
As a corporate health, beauty and wellness retailer, our instore teams demonstrate the values and commitment to the highest level of retail excellence that working at Unichem Pharmacy represents.
The primary objectives of this role include ensuring the store reaches its sales targets, efficient stock handling, effective team management and training, exceptional customer services, maintaining exceptional store standards and driving retail promotions & events.
We are looking for an experienced retail manager or a senior retail team leader, preferably worked in the retail community pharmacy environment.
This is a Permanent Full Time position, rostered 40 hours across 5 days between Monday to Sunday.
Skills and Experiences:
- Previous retail management or team leading skills essential.
- Experience in a pharmacy retail environment is preferred.
- Able to step up into a leadership role.
- Existing TONIQ skills and knowledge will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and natural health products desirable.
- Inventory and stock buying knowledge.
- Able to prioritise high work load.
- A great attitude, with a motivated and dynamic personality.
- First Class Communication Skills.
