This is a unique opportunity for someone in the Health sector who has a background as an RN or OT or even Physio to come at the support aspect from another angle. Exciting chance to blend and upgrade what your current role is with a true leadership role that impacts directly on positive outcomes.
Our client who is well established in the Health Care sector is looking for that X factor where experience can be transferred into the recruitment industry and you can lead by example. In order to add value you will need to be instrumental in carrying a small case load(Complex Care), get involved in client visits, Quality Assurance and Clinical Assessments.
The leadership piece is equally important as you will manage 3 co-ordinator's and an additional administrative staff member. So the ability to manage, coach and mentor is vital to the on-going success of this team. Strong interpersonal skills are also seen as vital in this very people centric space.
