An exciting opportunity awaits to help drive the reshaping of our services to better support people in their own home.  As the Community and AT&R Unit manager you will be taking a lead role in service development, integration, and pathway development for the identified service areas, while also focusing on the key accountabilities of operational leadership, service planning, quality and risk management, and financial performance.

The ideal applicant will be directly responsible for the nursing, and support staff in AT&R, as well as all staff within the Care Coordination and Short Term Loan Equipment staff, and will work closely alongside the Associate Clinical Nurse Manager for AT&R and the Allied Unit Manager.

You will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operational management of these teams, leading and enabling the team to achieve timely and appropriate service outcomes, and working in partnership with Professional Leaders for accreditation, clinical pathway development and service improvements.
