About the role

  • A varied role which requires an energetic approach, engaging personality and high attention to detail.
  • Managing some accounting functions, such as AP, AR, reconciliations, as well as data-entry and billing.
  • Supporting the team with general accounting duties as well a general office administration duties.
  • In addition you will be first point of contact for all enquiries.
  • Based in the CBD, by Britomart.  Normal office hours -  Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm.

About you

  • You have cut your teeth in an office environment and you are looking for an Accounts Administration role.
  • A high level of Numeric and Analytical skills.  
  • Your communication skills are exceptional and you are happy to be the first point of contact for clients both over the telephone and in-person. .
  • You enjoy a high level of client and team engagement and working in a small progressive team where you can learn and be developed along your career path.
  • You have exceptional accuracy with figures and neat working habits.
  • You have plenty of initiative and the confidence to work autonomously (once you are proficient in your role) and take ownership of your tasks.
  • With exceptional IT system knowledge, including intermediate Excel.
  • Flexible, adaptable and friendly with a great sense of humour.
