Papatoetoe Family Doctors is a community General Practice located in the heart of Old Papatoetoe, dedicated to providing the highest quality Primary Health care.
We are looking for someone to take on the important role of Medical Receptionist - greeting our patients and families, utilising your excellent customer service skills.
Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday's 8.45am to 12.30pm (with some flexibility required). The ability to provide casual reception cover when staff are on leave is beneficial.
The role includes: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, answering calls, processing payments and other administrative tasks.
Previous experience with Mypractice or with a similar PMS is an advantage, however training will be given.
Excellent phone manner, computer skills and the ability to multitask is essential in this role, as is empathy and customer service skills.
