Precision Farming provides farmers across NZ with a sophisticated live, automatic, accurate SaaS farm management and decision support package to optimise farm performance. Precision Farming’s sister company, Precision Tracking, processes farmers’ orders created within the Precision Farming system and sends those orders in real time to contractors for completion, returning proof of application records back to the farmer.
The Finance Manager role encompasses strategic integration with management strategy and planning, then drills down to financial planning and budgeting, cash flow forecasting and control, to AP/AR and payroll, and period reporting and analysis.
Precision Farming uses MYOB Advanced, an integrated Tier 2 ERP system, bringing financials, CRM, HR and inventory management into a single integrated platform.
We invite applications for the role of Finance Manager from those with degree level qualifications in finance and/or business management, and several years’ experience in the full range of financial management functions. And it essential to have experience with ERP systems, ideally with MYOB Advanced, but other ERP experience is acceptable.
Precision Farming is based in Hornby, Christchurch, where our teams of developers and customer support staff are based, plus we have people in the North Island and Otago Southland servicing customers locally. The company began in 2005, and is part of a larger group with over 100 people across the organisation.
