If you know how to generate customers and develop business opportunities this is the role for you. New Zealand’s largest health and social services organisation is The Fono and it includes three dental practices looking for patients. City Centre, West (Henderson) and South (Manurewa). This fixed term contract or employee position is to, within a reasonable time frame, get the practices really humming with patients looking for high quality dentistry at reasonable cost. Supplementing our existing patient base. To be successful in this role you will have:
- A love of generating sales
- Business development background and entrepreneurial expertise in developing new and retaining “customers”.
- Some understanding of the dental/health sector and developments within it
- Proven financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, yield management and reporting.
- Proven project management experience
We anticipate that the process of setting up the new sales, marketing and renewal system will take around 9-12months. At the end of this practice development phase a new role will be defined depending on the outcome of the first phase.
