For us it is a significant time of change with work having been done across our services. At the heart of this work is making sure you have the resources and support you need to provide the best possible service to people with intellectual disabilities and their families. We have a fundamental belief in the importance of the Service Manager position to support the effective delivery of a safe, high quality service. Some key changes are being made as part of a plan to enhance and develop this front-line management role including:

  • Better identification and management of key contributors to workload ensuring consistency in workload, accountability and expectations placed on the role

In return we offer:

  • Learning and Development opportunities - including a Leadership Qualification which IDEA Services will support you through and meet the cost of fees
  • a collaborative and inclusive culture
