We are looking for an independent authorised vaccinator who can provide clinical leadership and managerial oversight for our dynamic Immunisation Outreach Team.
This exciting opportunity is ideally suitable for a positive, competent, Registered Nurse with a can-do attitude who is motivated to provide an excellent standard of patient care. Our Team Lead will work alongside the Management Team and will ensure an efficient, effective and professional nursing service. As well as management responsibilities, you will have a significant clinical role, working with our support and admin teams to deliver vaccinations in our community. 

HealthWEST is based in West Auckland and are committed to providing effective and efficient health services to the community. Our Immunisation Outreach Team focuses on finding children who have not been able to be immunised on time, and providing the whanau/caregivers with the opportunity for the child to be immunised at home.

You must have a current practicing certificate and be a certified independent vaccinator, proficient in using MedTech. Experience in primary care and community based health services, team lead or managerial experience would be advantageous.
